Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She also trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is first woman who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. She came in second place in the 2010. CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity journalist. The first female to win the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In 2013 and 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. As a child she was a huge enthusiast of fitness and sports. She participated in many school events and earned several medals. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit competitions in California where she performed relatively very well during the initial competitions. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years (as in 2021). She is 5' 7 tall and her weight is approximately 67 kg. Annie started CrossFit in California 2009. The first time she competed, she performed very well and finished in the first 10 of the 70 competitors. Although she didn't win any of the titles, she finished with the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. Because of her exceptional performances, she was able to win the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie has outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to win each of the CrossFit Games. A silver medal was won in 2014. In 2021, she won the Bronze award in the CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face for many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and the Sidekick Yorbae. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie", with over 1,000 viewers. This is the channel where she posts videos on the diet of her training, life with family as well as travel.
